اَلۡـحَـمۡـدُ لِـلّٰـہِ رَبِّ الۡـعٰـلَـمِیۡنَ وَ الـصَّـلٰـوۃُ وَالـسَّـلَامُ عَـلٰی سَـیِّـدِالۡـمُـرۡسَـلِـیۡنَ
اَمَّا بَعْدُ فَاَعُوْذُ بِاﷲِ مِنَ الشَّیْطٰنِ الرَّجِیْمِ ط بِسْمِ اﷲ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیمِ ط
Good intention : Seeking the pleasure of Allah by consoling the distressed Ummah of the Beloved Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم
As of 3rd January, 2024, the Spiritual Treatment Department has established approximately 2600 stalls across Pakistan and provides free support to the distressed Ummah in 35 countries outside Pakistan, including the UK, Europe, Africa, the USA, Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, and Australia, at over 500 locations in the entire world, through 12 services (which also include the facility of Free Home Delivery) available on the Dawat-e-Islami’s website www.dawateislami.net and mobile phones.
By the spiritual blessings of the great knowledgeable and spiritual luminary of the 15th century, Sheikh-e-Tariqat, Amir Ahl-e-Sunnat, Hazrat Allamah Maulana Abu Bilal Muhammad Ilyas Attar Qadiri Razawi Ziyai دَامَـتْ بَـرَكَـاتُـهُـمُ الْـعَـالِـيَـهْ approximately 624,000 patients and their representatives are cured on a monthly basis. Around 1,175,000 Ta’weezat [amulets] and Awraad-e-Attariyah are provided to them free of cost. As a result, approximately 7.5 million distressed people are provided with around 14 million Ta’weezat and Awraad-e-Attariyah on an annual basis free of cost.
َ اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه across 213 locations in Pakistan and 15 in foreign countries, including Bradford, Manchester [England], France, Italy, Spain, Durban [South Africa], and Mozambique, weekly stalls of Islamic sisters are set up where only Islamic sisters provide and receive spiritual treatment. At these stalls, thousands of Islamic sisters receive treatment on a monthly basis. Moreover, the number of stalls will be increased gradually in Pakistan and abroad, اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه عَزَّوَجَلَّ.
On a monthly basis, Amir Ahl-e-Sunnat دَامَـتْ بَـرَكَـاتُـهُـمُ الْـعَـالِـيَـهْ and the department receive countless letters, requests, and emails. By the blessings of Amir Ahl-e-Sunnat, letters are also posted (with their solutions) to over 10 thousand Islamic brothers and Islamic sisters by hand, by the internet, and by post with the facility of home delivery.

اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه A programme, Ruhani Ilaj Aur Istikharah, is telecast live on Madani Channel three days a week (Friday, Saturday, Tuesday).
Under the department, Du’a-e-Shifa Ijtima’at are held across different cities in Pakistan and outside Pakistan with the aim of consoling the distressed Islamic brothers. These Ijtima’at feature Salat-ul-Hajaat, Sunnah-inspired speeches, congregational Du’a, Istikharah, special treatment for patients, and solutions to all problems through Awrad-e-Attariyah. اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه in 2023, approximately 900 Du’a-e-Shifa Ijtima’at were conducted. Thousands of Islamic brothers attend these Ijtima’at, with many becoming regular attendees at weekly Ijtima’at and traveling with Madani Qafilahs right away.
There is an email Istikharah service available on Dawat-e-Islami’s website where hundreds of emails are received on a daily basis.
In order to perform the Kaat (i.e. get rid) of their problems and illnesses, Islamic brothers and Islamic sisters write their problems to us on a daily basis throughout the world using the Kaat service available on Dawat-e-Islami’s website. The department also performs the Kaat daily. As a result, اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه the distressed people are taking advantage of it while sitting at home. Under the department, over 120,000 afflicted people benefit from this service on a monthly basis. (It means the act of Kaat is performed for over 1.4 million people on an annual basis.).
Note: This action can be performed for every sort of disease, trouble, domestic dispute, lawsuits, jinns, magic, obstacles in business, evil eye, missing persons or loss of documents or money and every permissible task
The distressed people receive the solutions to their problems, distress, unemployment, jinns, magic, etc. throughout the entire world using the spiritual treatment service available on Dawat-e-Islami’s website www.dawateislami.net Thousands of Islamic brothers and Islamic sisters also contact this service and receive Ta’weezat-e-Attariyah and Awrad-e-Attariyah by post by the blessing of Amir Ahl-e-Sunnat. اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه Numerous distressed people are taking advantage of and receiving cure from this service.
To become Attari, thousands of names are received on a monthly basis on the service available on the website. These names are entered in the spiritual order of Amir Ahl-e-Sunnat دَامَـتْ بَـرَكَـاتُـهُـمُ الْـعَـالِـيَـهْ and a letter of Amir Ahl-e-Sunnat دَامَـتْ بَـرَكَـاتُـهُـمُ الْـعَـالِـيَـهْ is also mailed as a reply.
اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه there is also a WhatsApp Istikharah service available for Islamic sisters. Approximately 28,000 Islamic sisters take advantage of this service on a monthly basis. (On this service, Istikharah can be performed through text message only. However, it is inappropriate to send any images or videos to this number.
اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه via SMS/WhatsApp, thousands of Islamic brothers and Islamic sisters are becoming ‘Attari and Attariyah’ on a monthly basis. َلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه! , through these stalls, hundreds of Islamic brothers travel with the Madani Qafilahs
َلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه! through these stalls, countless Islamic brothers and Islamic sisters have reaped amazing benefits, due to which entire families have embraced and are embracing the religious environment. Likewise, as a result of reaping benefits, many of them happily present their land or money to the Madani Markaz of Dawat-e-Islami. Similarly, booklets consisting of Madani marvels, such as Khaufnak Balaa, Purasrar Kutta, Horned Bride, Khush Naseeb Mareez, Cancer ka Ilaj, and Jinnon ki Dunia have been published by Maktaba-tul-Madinah.
